Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully
By registering on the www.direkt2u.co.uk website or by purchasing products or services from direkt2u.co.uk means that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to them.
Ordering: All orders may be placed online via this website or by phone on 0800 458 7427 or +44 (0) 148 781 5303 for callers outside the UK. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions. When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation is produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil your order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is or are available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is or are despatched. If the product or products is or are not available we will also notify you via email or by phone. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.
Cancellation: direkt2u.co.uk may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Prices: The price for each product is shown on direkt2u.co.uk. All prices quoted on direkt2u.co.uk are in UK pounds. We try to ensure that the prices on direkt2u.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied to us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.
Payment: Payment must be made at point of ordering. All payments are to be made via Protx, a secure payment gateway. Protx accept all major credit and debit cards. You do not need to create a Protx account to process a payment. There are no fees for paying for products via Protx. Protx provide 100% protection for authorised payments. For more information visit www.Protx.com. Any time you are inputting credit card information on this website the data is protected by 128 bit data encrytion. Your credit card information is not stored on the direkt2u.co.uk website.
Product Availability: We always try to keep direkt2u.co.uk stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
Delivery: Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days from the time of despatch and take place Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on direkt2u.co.uk but we will not be liable for any consequential loss caused to you by late delivery. If the product(s) are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. If you wish you may cancel your order and the order is not a custom built product or service then we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery/Returns: We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days. Either telephone us on +44 (0) 1487 815303 or email us at customer.service at direkt2u dot co dot uk (please replace the word "at" with "@" and the word "dot" with a "." this is to defeat spam). You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with a Return Code and return address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned to us. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable. We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
Refunds: All refunds from direkt2u.co.uk will be processed via Protx to the original card used for the purchase transaction. Refunds will only be made subject to the direkt2u.co.uk Terms and Conditions.
Copyright and Trade Marks: The copyright in direkt2u.co.uk and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the direkt2u.co.uk web site is owned by W Stewart trading as direkt2u.co.uk and unless otherwise specified may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent in writing. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of direkt2u.co.uk. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. direkt2u.co.uk does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them. direkt2u.co.uk does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on direkt2u.co.uk belong to their respective owners.

If direkt2u.co.uk does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver. In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at direkt2u.co.uk option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and direkt2u.co.uk and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed. Use of direkt2u.co.uk and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
